2017 lost entry
What a wild ride observing a distant past
There’s no depth or limit to our pain
Can’t face what’s inside ourselves but rush when it’s time to point blame
Closing your eyes can open doors you never could imagine
You believe you know scared until fear gets a hold
You believe you know courage til your tested with both
Acts of bravery jaded by this modern day slavery
Slaves to the system, slave to society, slave to one’s self
Attempts to break you open, your mind allows it to create you
I believe there’s nothing worse then a coward
My mind made me one, worst few weeks of my life, but not really
Feeling cowardess opened my mind later to an indescribable monster within me
I now know no boundaries
I don’t recognize limits
What grid shall I live on or off of?
I am nothing like the person everyone once knew
Taking life for granted showed me what I could become
I appreciate both moon and sun
I embrace what ultimately determines my fate
